All in-stock orders, shipping within the USA, typically ship the same day if received Monday-Friday before 2PM CST. After 2PM CST your order will ship the following business day. If an item is back-ordered or out-of-stock, we will notify you as soon as possible with an estimated shipping/delivery time. If your order contains items on pre-order or back-order, the entire order will be held until all items are available to ship. Please contact us if you require partial shipment (additional shipping cost may be required). Shipping fees and delivery times are calculated based on your state/country of origin and weight of products ordered. The speed of delivery may be chosen at the time of check out. Shipping notification and tracking information will be emailed to the customer at the time of shipping. 9.Solutions USA reserves the right to hold an order from shipping if it is deemed that further action must be taken to validate the sale. 9.Solutions USA will attempt to contact the billing party and the order will be on hold until all validation is satisfied. If after multiple attempts 9.Solutions USA is unable to contact the billing party/and or satisfy all aspects of order validation, the order will be canceled and the funds will be returned back to the billing card on file.
