Warranty

All 9.Solutions USA products come with a Limited One Year Warranty.  9.Solutions USA's Limited One Year Warranty guarantees to the first end user, under normal use, that the product will be free from defects in workmanship and in materials for a period of one (1) year from the purchase date as is noted on the original receipt and/or invoice.   The Limited One Year Warranty is void if there are any signs of tampering and/or unauthorized service performed on the product.  Accidental and user damage is not covered under the Limited One Year Warranty.

The 9.Solutions USA Limited One Year Warranty is extended to Authorized 9.Solutions Dealers and Resellers.  9.Solutions USA’s warranty does not extend to unauthorized sales of 9.Solutions products inside the USA.  If you are worried about the authenticity of a seller or a product's coverage, please contact sales@us-9.solutions.com.   

 

Returns

We offer a 14-Day Money Back Guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you can return your order for a full refund or an in-store credit. Returns can be made up to 30 days following the original date of purchase, however, returns outside of the 14-Day Money Back Guarantee will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. International customers are responsible for import duties and fees when returning the product. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding original shipping and handling charges.

The 14-Day Money Back Guarantee and 30 day return period is only eligible for your original purchase. Any orders placed using an in-store credit from a previous return are final and are not eligible for a return. All returns must be in original packaging and in like-new condition with warranty card, original accessories, and valid invoice. 

Please contact a 9.Solutions USA representative prior to shipping any returns. Please fill out the RMA request form located at the bottom of this page. An RMA number is mandatory in order for the return process to begin. Any item returned to 9.Solutions USA without an RMA number will be refused, and returned to the sender. For all returns, postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
