Fluid Head Rig for Railings

This kit is perfect for mounting cameras onto a railing or a thin wall that is 2.25" or less. The Python Clamps latch securely onto multiple surfaces and create a stable setup for the mini fluid head to pan/tilt for viewing purposes. You can mount a camera for film or photography of sports games, nature, houses of worship, concerts, and many more settings.

Python Clamp w/ Grip Joint:

The Python Clamp with Grip Joint is fitted with a unique head that can fastens onto rods ranging in diameter from 1/4" to 5/8". The clamp can be used like a traditional grip head on a stand but with the added functionality that the Python Clamp provides. All Python Clamps can have their center bolts removed, allowing use with any 3/8"-16 (10mm) threaded equipment. All Python clamps feature an anodized aluminum surface for added durability and longevity.

Cheese Plate:

The multi purpose 9.Solutions Cheese plate differentiates itself from most other cheese plates by offering the possibility to build your rigging out from its side tapped mounting blocks. Each of its three corner positioned blocks are tapped with 3/8”-16 side and bottom holes. It also features an elongated 10x36mm center slot for accurate positioning of ball heads. All 10mm through plate holes and four of the 1/4”-20  tapped holes are spaced with the industry standard 1 inch center distances. 

Rods:

The 5/8” Rod Set consists of two 5/8” (16mm) diameter rods made from high grade aluminum. The rods have 3/8”-16 female threads on each end. Increase the rod’s length by connecting additional rods with 9.Solutions 5/8” Rod Connectors. Additionally, 9.Solutions 3/8” Rods can also be threaded into the ends of the 5/8” rods, making it easy to adapt from one rigging- size standard to another. All 9.Solutions 5/8” Rods feature an anodized aluminum surface for added durability and longevity.

Mini Fluid Head:

The Mini Fluid Video Head is ideal for small-to-mid size camcorders weighing under 9 lbs. It features smooth, fluid-like pan & tilt movement, and a quick-release plate for fast mounting/dismounting of your camera. Also, the adjustable length pan/tilt handle comes in handy when you're working close (such as when using the eyepiece) or far (when using the LCD screen) from your camcorder. Mounts on any tripod with a flat base and a standard 3/8"-16 mounting screw. Can be mounted on tripods with a bowl using optional half-ball levelers.
